I wanted a community where PC gamers could come and relax, share comments, insights and perspectives about pc gaming, communicate about new and old games, exchange tips and strategies, discuss gaming (and sometimes life!) in general and participate in friendly challenges. 

This is our community.  I would like members' input on anything worthwhile (or even silly.... :D) they may wish to contribute, and hope this will be a collaborative effort by all of us.  We all like to have a good time gaming -- it is our common interest and past-time -- and we feel that given the opportunity to hang out together in an active, friendly, cooperative, congenial space will provide a lot of enjoyment and friendship to all!

Bearing the above in mind, I would like to post some general Terms of Service, as follow below.

1.            You cannot post comments or materials which fall into the following categories:  Harrassing, indecent, threatening, unlawful, vulgar or profane.  There will be no posts which are defamatory or deliberately false or an invasion of a person's privacy.

2.            There will be no objectionable language or images which include sexual or racial slurs, swearing, GLBT-phobic messages, hate mongering of any type, insults, aggressively rude language, or deliberately offensive and disparaging comments.   No personal attacks or belligerent behavior; please be polite.

3.            Soliciting or advertising is prohibited.

4.            No e-mail addresses or other personal information, including full birthdates, real names and addresses may be posted.

5.            You may never post unlock codes, illegal downloads (or directions to these), or peer to peer file sharing site information on any pc game. 

6.            It is prohibited to "hack", "crack", or otherwise attempt to circumvent our access control, or to access membership records and personally identifiable information, including IP addresses and personal messages.   You must not interfere with or disrupt the site or it's servers or networks.  Our goal is to supply a safe, secure environment for our members where they feel comfortable and I will strive to ensure that this is provided.

7.            A member who violates any of the above conditions is subject to immediate removal.  A post which disregards any of the above terms of service will be removed immediately without explanation.

8.            I reserve the right to edit a post for, among other things, content, language and length.

9.          Please keep in mind that, although I will do our utmost to protect your privacy, you have no guarantee or expectation of privacy.  Your post or other materials you submit may be read by anyone.

10.          Information about each user is stored.  I will honor any court orders or requests by legitimate law authorities in the unlikely event they are made.
